This year brings the 3rd annual race through the scenic streets of Red Bank, NJ. This family-friendly 5k race event includes a kids' fun run and 'Fitness Fest' after event at Marine Park.

This is a workshop unlike anything you've seen or heard of before! Everyone does it - so why are we so terrified of the conversation? We've put together a panel of wellness experts who will share valuable information on your relationship with yourself, your partner and... you guessed it, SEX! So bring yourself or your partner and let's get comfortable talking about it!
