ABOUT

WHO AM I?
Liz Murphy, Fitness Trainer
I worked for over seven years as a designer for the fashion industry before earning my NASM certification as a personal trainer. I share my journey through disordered eating and into a body I love because I know that if I can find my way to a better, happier life, then you can, too.

I bring my creativity, passion and contagious kindness to my work with every client as they build confidence and find the workout that works for them.

But that's just part of my story...
WHY MY STORY
MATTERS TO YOU
Let's be real...
You're not going to do the workout if you don't trust the person who gave it to you. You're not going to push play on the video or hit the gym after a long day at work if you don't truly connect with the person who's leading you.

And that's why working with me is so transformative: I know what it's like to struggle with body comparison, crash dieting, and motivational peaks and valleys. And I can help you crush your goals and shift your mindset because I've already done it for myself.

Before
WHERE I STARTED...
Maybe you can relate.
I started where so many of my clients start: Passing the weight station to get to the stationary bike.

When I hit the gym, I'd avoid lifting for fear of losing my feminine form to a "jacked" physique. And I'd burn off everything I ate in a cycle of cardio and disordered eating.

I didn't realize that the curvy, feminine figure I envied as I watched those models strut down runways in lingerie fashion shows was actually something I could use weight training to get.
BUT WHAT CHANGED
FOR ME?
I learned to think, eat and move differently.
I stopped believing in the number on the scale and started believing the feelings in the power of my own body.

I became an encouraging force for women who want to develop themselves inside and out, and I showed them how to use fitness to get there.

Doing bodywork changed my life.
